2. Summary

The main objective of this research is to describe the relation between cyanobacterial blooms and physicochemical influences. ANN model was carried with four ground-based sampling events based on HSI (Hyperspectral images) data. EFDC model was also carried for the analysis of hydrodynamic conditions.

In the results, the concentrations of August were the highest from August to October that meant the water temperature affected the concentration. And, though the events are the same as August, one showed a lower concentration when water velocity was higher. Although water temperature, TN, TP and outflow rate had the significance of the correlation, the most predominant factor among them was the water temperature.

3. Application to research

- ANN algorithm was carried with other methods such as the EFDC model.

- Various researches would bring better research results.
